Let it be known that upon the 19th day of April a General Get-together will be held at Craigmillar castle in Edinburgh for any who wish to attend and enjoy themselves.
We have made arrangements to use Craigmillar castle, Edinburgh, for a tournament and as a venue that we can gather in and entertain ourselves in a period fashion as we see fit between the hours of 10 am and 3:45pm (we have to be out by 4pm). You are welcome to attend and fight or indulge in crafts and activities befitting to the surroundings, if you wish to bring or do something can you please contact the Seneschalso that we can ensure that what you wish to do is acceptable and within the parameters set by Historic Scotland for the use of the castle. If you attend please wear garb and please bring whatever sustenance you require for during the day, it's a nice place for a picnic. The events will include a short break to hold our shire meeting.
To avoid filling up the very small carpark, the custodian has confirmed that we should still park on the grass
